Jede arbeitet an einem spezifischen Bereich der Hüfte – nicht mit passivem Dehnen, sondern mit einer Technik, die Beweglichkeit aufbaut, die du zuverlässig benutzen kannst. Traditional yoga doesn't follow a sustainable approach to gain healthy mobility and flexibility; this protocol introduces and updates our stretching protocols based on what we know about our bodies today.
